Senior Care Assistant (Nights) (UK VISA SPONSORSHIP)

Location: Rossendale - Bacup, Lancashire, United Kingdom

Salary: £21,189-£21,968 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time (3 positions available)

Working Hours: Nights (21:30 - 08:30)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Provide excellent care and support to older people.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of residents at all times.

Promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Our committed team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire through our 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centers. We have received recognition for our hard work and were awarded the national Customer Service Excellence Standard.
