Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team at Lionheart Domiciliary Care Services in London. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to our Service Users in accordance with best practice guidelines and legislative requirements. You will work under the direction of the Senior Carer/Nurse, adhering to our policies, procedures, and agreed standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual Service User.
Assist Service Users in maintaining their skills and personal interests, promoting independence and well-being.
Stay up to date with current practices and participate in training and development programs as required.
Uphold and enhance your existing skills to deliver high-quality care.
Support Service Users in accordance with their care plans, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
